ShineWing Hong Kong has reached a significant milestone in 2015, with the arrival of its 10th anniversary. ShineWing Hong Kong was formed in 2005 as a result of a merger between Ho and Ho & Company in Hong Kong and ShineWing Certified Public Accountants in Beijing, China. The strategic alliance marked a great leap forward in the cross-border development of the accounting industry in China and Hong Kong.
「After 10 years, we have successfully established our brand and reputation as one of the leading firms in the region. With a clear market positioning, we have actively expanded the audit services for the listed companies and H-share companies as well as the initial public offering advisory services. We have successfully assisted numerous companies to be listed on the Main Board and the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and provided internal control review services for them. Today, we offer more comprehensive services and seek to enhance our ability in providing non-audit services, including corporate governance services, forensic and investigation services, corporate finance services, to meet the diversified needs of clients,」 said Mr. Roy Lo, Managing Partner of ShineWing Hong Kong.
Mr. Chen Yugui, the Deputy President and Secretary General of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants offered hearty congratulations on the 10th anniversary of ShineWing Hong Kong. As ShineWing Hong Kong is moving steadily towards the 10th anniversary, it announced the establishment of the ShineWing.SL Ho Foundation. The Foundation aims to provide sponsorship for projects promoting accounting industry in Mainland and Hong Kong, strengthen the cross-border communication and collaboration, facilitate the development of the accountancy sector in the regions, and help nurturing more talents. 「The Foundation emphasizes the commitment and contribution of Mr. S.L. Ho, one of the founders of ShineWing Hong Kong, to the accounting industry. It also represents ShineWing's dedication to the work of Corporate Social Responsibility, 「said Ms. Wang Xiao Juan, the founding member of the Foundation.
