ShineWing Australia was listed as one of the top 10 employers in the Australia’s Top Graduate Employers list for 2017.
The survey was conducted by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), the peak industry body for the graduate recruitment and development market. Large corporations or organizations such as Qantas, Australia Post, Santos, Optus, were selected as the Top 75 Graduate Employers. ShineWing Australia was honored to be listed as ninth in the ranking, surpassing counterparts like Pitcher Partners, KPMG and PwC.
AAGE is a non-profit organization, and its membership comprises around 300 organizations, including a variety of large and small employers in both the private and public sectors. The aim of AAGE is to provide employers and graduates the opportunities for recruitment and employment and the relevant career information.
The Top Graduate Employers list of Australia was determined from the feedback of the survey conducted by AAGE on an anonymous basis between December 2016 and January 2017. Around 2,500 graduates were asked to rate their employer on around 25 different categories including quality of work, work supervision, training and development, work-life balance and company culture.
